The Work

Arrows, Stencils, and Curbs That Speak Clearly.

Pavement markings provide a clean, professional appearance while improving safety, organization, and visibility. Our custom stencil, fire lane, and curb painting services help clearly communicate traffic flow, parking restrictions, accessibility, and important safety zones. We provide fire lane lettering and markings, ADA and parking stencils, directional arrows, reserved parking markings, curb painting, and custom pavement graphics designed to make your property easier to navigate and maintain.

Fire lane and curb work is a specialty of ours — much of it laid at night with the property closed, so the paint cures before the first car shows up in the morning.

What’s Included

Marking work we handle

Fire lanes

Red curb and FIRE LANE — NO PARKING stenciling, laid clean along storefronts and drive aisles where inspectors and insurers expect to find it.

Painted curbs

Yellow, red, blue, and white curb painting with masked edges — the detail that separates professional work from a roller and a free afternoon.

Crosswalks & pedestrian paths

High-visibility crosswalks, hatched pedestrian zones, and walkway markings that connect parking to entrances safely.

Accessible & no-parking zones

Accessible stall symbols, access-aisle hatching, and no-parking cross-hatch zones painted to match your property’s layout and scope.

Thermoplastic markings

Hot-applied thermoplastic for high-traffic crosswalks, arrows, and legends — a thicker, reflective material that outlasts paint where wear is heaviest.

Questions

Curbs, Crosswalks & Accessible Markings FAQs

Straight answers to what property managers and owners ask us most.

Anything else? Send it over or call 361-876-7822.

Paint or thermoplastic — which does my property need?

Traffic paint is the economical standard for stalls, curbs, and most lot markings. Thermoplastic is a hot-applied material that costs more up front but holds up far longer under heavy wheel traffic — worth it for entrance crosswalks, arrows, and drive-lane legends. We quote whichever fits the location, and many properties use both.

What do the curb colors mean?

On most Texas commercial properties: red marks fire lanes, yellow marks no-parking and caution zones, blue accompanies accessible parking, and white typically marks passenger zones. We paint to your property’s requirements.

How long does curb paint need before traffic?

Traffic paint is dry to the touch quickly and ready for vehicles shortly after, depending on temperature and humidity. Night application means it cures before your property opens.

Do you do fire lane striping to city requirements?

Yes — fire lane markings are laid out to your jurisdiction’s specifications for width, wording, and letter spacing. Tell us the city and we handle the layout.

Can crosswalks be added where none exist?

Yes. If pedestrians are already cutting across a drive aisle, a marked crosswalk formalizes the path drivers should expect. We lay out placement with sight lines in mind.

“Quality work at a great price. Time of day did not matter as they did what they had to do to complete the job ahead of time.”
