The Work

Straight Lines, Clean Edges, No Shortcuts.

Faded, confusing stalls are one of the first things a customer or tenant notices — and one of the easiest things to fix. Coastal Roadworks stripes new layouts and restripes existing lots with commercial-grade traffic paint, measured layout work, and the kind of edge control you can see from the second floor.

Much of our striping work happens at night or in phases, so your customers and tenants keep access to the property while the paint goes down. The lot opens on schedule, and it opens looking sharp.

What’s Included

What a striping project includes

New layouts & re-designs

If your current layout wastes space or fights traffic flow, we lay out a better one before any paint goes down — stalls, aisles, directional arrows, and no-parking zones.

Restriping existing lots

Fresh paint over your current layout, edge-to-edge, with faded lines handled so the finished lot reads as one clean system.

Accessible stalls & access aisles

Accessible parking stalls, access aisles, and related markings painted to match your property’s scope and applicable requirements.

Stencils & specialty markings

Directional arrows, VISITOR and RESERVED stalls, drive-thru lanes, crosswalks, and custom stencil work.

Line removal & re-layout

Existing lines ground or blasted off when a lot needs a genuinely new layout rather than fresh paint over an old one.

Warehouse & interior floor striping

Forklift aisles, pedestrian walkways, staging and storage zones, and safety markings laid out on warehouse and distribution floors — so equipment traffic and foot traffic stay separated.

Questions

Parking Lot Striping FAQs

Straight answers to what property managers and owners ask us most.

Anything else? Send it over or call 361-876-7822.

How long does parking lot striping take?

Most standard lots are striped in a single visit, often overnight. Larger properties are phased so part of the lot stays open at all times. You get a schedule before we start.

Can you stripe at night or on weekends?

Yes. A large share of our striping work is done overnight or during off-peak hours so the property keeps operating while we work.

How often should a lot be restriped?

It depends on traffic and weather exposure, but most commercial lots in the Houston area benefit from restriping every 18–36 months. If the lines look grey instead of white or yellow, it is time.

Do you handle layout changes, not just repainting?

Yes. If the current layout wastes stalls or creates conflicts, we can re-plan the lot — stall angles, aisle widths, flow arrows — before striping it.

Do you stripe warehouse floors, not just outdoor lots?

Yes. We lay out and paint interior floors for warehouses and distribution facilities — forklift aisles, pedestrian walkways, staging and storage zones, and safety markings. Interior work is normally scheduled around shift changes or a planned shutdown so the operation keeps running.
