Storefronts, entrances & glass
The stretch of frontage where a pedal mix-up ends up inside the building. Posts go in front of doorways, glass, and any stall that points straight at either.
Bollards · Signage
Steel posts set where a vehicle could otherwise reach your glass, your doorway, or your equipment — and clearly posted signs that tell every driver exactly where they stand.

The Work
Every property has a few places where paint is doing a job it was never able to do. A stall line in front of a glass storefront. A stripe beside a fuel tank. A curb that a delivery driver has already backed over twice. Paint tells a driver what to do; a bollard is what happens when the driver does it anyway.
Signs are the other half of that. Who parks where, which stalls are reserved or pickup-only, which lanes stay clear, and what happens to vehicles that ignore all of it. We set bollards only where a vehicle can actually build speed or swing wide, and mount signs straight, at the right height, where drivers actually look — often on the same posts.
What’s Included
The stretch of frontage where a pedal mix-up ends up inside the building. Posts go in front of doorways, glass, and any stall that points straight at either.
Tanks, dispensers, and cages are the placements insurers and fire marshals ask about most. We set posts around the equipment and paint them so they read from a distance.
Meters, transformers, HVAC pads, pole bases, and building corners inside the drive aisle — the gear that is expensive to replace and easy to hit while backing up.
Existing bollards brought back to visible — repainted, reflective banding renewed, and posts that have been hit hard enough to lean pulled and reset.
STOP, directional, crosswalk, fire lane, and tow-away signage mounted on new or existing posts around the property.
Reserved parking, curbside pickup, accessible, and van-accessible signs posted to match the painted stalls below them — on their own posts or on the bollards protecting the stall.

Questions
Straight answers to what property managers and owners ask us most.

A wheel stop manages a car that is already parking. A bollard stops one that is still moving. If the risk is a vehicle rolling a little too far into a stall, that is a wheel stop. If the risk is a vehicle reaching glass, a doorway, or equipment under power, that is a bollard.
Look for the places that have already been hit — scraped corners, a bent meter cage, a curb with tire marks over it. Those tell you more than a drawing does. We will walk the lot with you and point out the spots where a vehicle can build speed or swing wide, and we will tell you where you do not need them.
Yes. A bollard nobody sees is a bollard people hit. We finish them in high-visibility yellow with reflective banding so they read in the dark and in the rain, and we can match an existing color scheme if your property has one.
Yes — that is a common call. Posts that have been struck hard enough to lean or crack the surface around them get pulled and reset rather than straightened, because a bent post will not take the next hit.
No. Bollard and sign work is localized, so we cone off the immediate area and keep the rest of the lot open. On busy retail and fuel sites we schedule around your traffic, including overnight if that is easier on your customers.
Either works. We can source standard traffic, reserved, pickup, and accessible signage, or install signs your property already has on hand.
Accessible stalls are generally expected to have both a posted sign and painted markings. We handle the two together so the signage and the paint match.
That is the best way to do it. Layout, wheel stops, signage, and bollards all interact — doing them in one mobilization means the stalls get laid out around the posts instead of the posts getting squeezed into stalls that are already painted.
